上赛季结束后，您收到了重庆铜梁龙的邀请，并很快确认接手这支球队。能否分享一下这个过程？
首先，重庆铜梁龙俱乐部对我非常感兴趣。在与俱乐部进行了一段时间深入交流之后，我意识到这是一个不错的机会。尤其是他们在未来发展方面展现出的认真态度，让我觉得我们之间有着良好的契合。
作为新任主帅，在第一阶段带队期间，您进行了哪些工作？
刚开始的时候，我主要集中于为球队打下坚实基础，以便为新赛季制定战术做好准备。我希望能够展示出自己的风格，通过更勇敢地踢球来提升整体表现。我们的重点并不是过多关注对手，而是确保每位球员都清楚自己在比赛中的角色和任务，这是我们首要完成的目标。
出发海口之前，俱乐部官宣了许多球员离队，大规模换血后，新赛季人员架构将如何变化？
我们会努力结合年轻球员与经验丰富的老将，希望打造一支具有长期发展潜力的团队。这也是老板提到的重要目标之一，我们不仅想培养优秀人才以增强自身实力，还希望为中国足球的发展贡献力量。因此，引进更多年轻才俊，同时也需要一些有经验的人士加入，是我们的计划之一。
关于外援引进，目前有什么进展吗？由于上个赛季三名外援已经离开，新阵容建设面临挑战吧？

You mentioned that the Chongqing Longjiang Club is primarily composed of young players. Is this one of the reasons you chose to coach here?

In this process, I aim to work closely with club management and board members in building up Chongqing Longjiang together so as to ensure steady progress towards our goals.
You have expressed your desire for high-pressing playstyle and fast transitions on both offense and defense; however, many Spanish coaches who previously coached in the Chinese Super League faced challenges implementing these strategies due mainly to domestic players' technical limitations. Do you think local talents are capable enough now?
I believe they can meet those expectations! The aforementioned Spanish coaches may not share my exact vision or coaching philosophy—everyone has their own unique approach. While some prioritize immediate results, I prefer taking a longer-term view focused not just on winning individual matches but also developing player skills over time.
The Copper Dragon Club recently underwent significant changes after capital increase & restructuring phase; how do you feel such transformations impact professional clubs’ survival/development while achieving both short/long term objectives?
